Compassionate, Faith-Respectful Telehealth Therapy for Women Across North Carolina
NewVision Therapy was created as a space for clarity, healing, and emotional restoration—especially for women who are carrying a great deal quietly.
I’m Rita Lynn Berry, LCMHC, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 35 years of experience in the human services field and more than two decades in private practice. Through NewVision Counseling & Consulting Services, PLLC, I provide licensed telehealth therapy to women across North Carolina, offering care that is clinically sound, ethically grounded, and respectful of each client’s values and lived experience.
Therapy here is not rushed. It is intentional. And it is centered on helping you feel seen, supported, and steady as you navigate life’s complexities.
Therapy creates a place where insight can grow and change can take root.
A Grounded Approach to Mental and Emotional Healing
At NewVision Therapy, I work primarily with women who are:
High-functioning yet emotionally exhausted
Navigating life transitions, grief, or chronic stress
Seeking clarity, emotional regulation, and inner stability
Desiring therapy that can honor faith without pressure or assumption
My approach blends evidence-based clinical practice with deep respect for the emotional, relational, and (when desired) spiritual dimensions of healing. Therapy is collaborative, paced, and focused on helping you develop insight, resilience, and sustainable coping strategies.
Faith-Respectful, Not Faith-Required
Some clients come to therapy with a strong faith foundation. Others are uncertain, questioning, or simply want space to focus on their mental health without labels.
NewVision Therapy is faith-respectful, not prescriptive.
If your faith is important to you, it can be gently integrated into the work.
If it is not, therapy remains grounded in sound clinical care—without judgment or agenda.
You are not required to explain what you believe in order to be supported here.
